Our mission is to facilitate children’s comprehensive development through Fitness, Art, Music and Languages classes and programs.
We are unique in offering small groups, personal attention to each child, and in our use of art and music to focus on child’s physical and social development.
We have structured our programs such that children learn as much as they want, and as much as they can, but at the same time we do not overload them with information. We keep learning fun.
The GYM for Children program incorporates elements of fitness, gymnastics, aerobics, yoga, stretching, music and more. It improves the immune system as well as helping build a strong physical foundation for team sports activities they may pursue in the future.
The Art program for children teaches drawing, painting, and collage. It helps your child develop awareness, appreciation, and sensitivity, as well as encouraging self expression and artistic development.
The Music World program helps children develop basic music skills, listening, rhythm, music theory, and performing. Kids have fun participating in musical games and exercises.
The Russian and Literature for Kids program teaches children reading, writing, and speaking Russian language.

The Shape Your Body adult fitness program is designed to help you improve your health and self-esteem by increasing your strength and endurance, agility, balance, coordination, performance, energy level, and over-all physical fitness.
